Job Description1) Arbitrates disputes, advises counsel, jury, litigants, or court personnel, and administers judicial system: Establishes rules of procedure on questions for which standard procedures have not been established by law or by superior court. 2) Reads or listens to allegations made by plaintiff in civil suits to determine their sufficiency. 3) Examines evidence in criminal cases to determine if evidence will support charges. 4) Listens to presentation of case, rules on admissibility of evidence and methods of conducting testimony, and settles disputes between opposing attorneys. 5) Instructs jury on applicable law and directs jury to deduce facts from evidence presented. 6) Sentences defendant in criminal cases, on conviction by jury, according to statutes of state or federal government, or awards judicial relief to litigants in civil cases in relation to findings by jury or by court. 7) May be designated according to level of court in judicial hierarchy as Appellate-Court Judge; District-Court Judge; Municipal-Court Judge; Superior-Court Judge; Supreme-Court Justice. 8 - May preside over particular court department and be designated Conciliation-Court Judge; Criminal-Court Judge; Juvenile-Court Judge; Probate Judge. 9 - May institute new laws to introduce, and have control over state in the absence of Government and it's heir officials.

By submitting this thread, you hereby agree to a full admin background history check out. Along side with a PD back ground check. Also by submitting this thread, you hereby agree if you take place in high corruption (giving away court room information, attempt to kill an official), you will accept a ban of 10 hours, along with an admin /warn. If you take place in Alt to Alt, for what ever reasons, while being in the First Court, you will be banned for 10 hours, along with an admin /warn. General/ and all server rules apply while being in the faction. A character reset may also be placed on your character for breaking certain server rules, some, but not limited to the above. Lastly, just because you're an admin, or GM, you cannot commit to breaking corruption rules for what ever reason. You will follow all rules stated and or not listed, and will follow proper procedures during a court session. | |
